Individualized Birth Prep Program

  • Learn a variety of positions to use during labor to help baby descend through the pelvis

  • Hands-on instruction and feedback with how to implement prenatally to reduce risk of severe tearing

  • Specific guidance with starting or staying active throughout pregnancy that goes beyond "listen to your body" and help with modifications if needed as pregnancy progresses

Early Postpartum Wellness

Virtual Appointment at 2-3 weeks Postpartum

  • Share your birth story

  • Tips to optimize postpartum healing and recovery

  • Address issues early such as constipation, hemorrhoids, tailbone pain, pelvic heaviness, leakage, neck/back pain

  • Baseline posture, alignment, and/or diastasis assessment

  • Gentle exercises for posture, mobility, neck/back pain and/or reconnecting to your core

  • Instruction in lifting mechanics and ergonomic set-up for baby care duties

  • No need to leave the comfort of your home!

In-person Evaluation at 6 weeks Postpartum

  • Posture assessment

  • Core/diastasis assessment

  • Ribcage and hip mobility assessment

  • C-section scar tissue assessment (if applicable)

  • Internal pelvic floor exam: strength, coordination, endurance, scar tissue, muscle tenderness, prolapse assessment
